Grandma’s MeatloafPrint Recipe
Meatloaf - 1 pkt Lipton onion soup mix - 2 lbs ground beef - 2 eggs - 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs - 1 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp pepper - 1/2 can tomato sauce (I like a little more) Sauce - 12 oz tomato sauce - 1/2 cup water - 3 tbsp red wine vinegar - 2 tbsp mustard - 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp brown sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350° 2. Combine and mix all ingredients for meatloaf in one bowl. 3. In a separate bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce. 4. Shape meat mixture into a 12×5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray. 5. Then, remove the shaped meatloaf and place in a 9×13 baking pan. 6. Pour the sauce over meatloaf and let sauce surround meatloaf in pan. 7. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. 8. Baste while cooking.
